Our office hours are: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Online shop is open 24/7. All querries will be answered during the office hours.

Prices: All prices are £(pound) Sterling. Vat will be charged at 15%. Prices may be changed without notice.
Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Switch via our secure paymnet provider Worldpay. All Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your paymet card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Receipts: All customers placing an order will be provided with a vat receipt sent to the specified address.
Availabilty: We do our best to show products we have in stock on our site ( unless otherwise stated i.e special orders). However, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to conitnue with your order, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given. The re-credit will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Delivery: We use Royal Mail or other couriers to deliver your goods. Delivery can take 1 to 3 working days. Please see also Delivery and Returns page
Guarantee: All our products are supplied with one year return to base guarantee, unless other arrangements have been made. See also Delivery and Returns page
Returns and Refunds: Please take your time in selecting the appropriate cash register for your establishment. If you have any doubts, please email or telephone us on 0845 074 3820 One thing we cannot do is give refunds for products you later find to be unsuitable. We will always test the cash register before shipping it to you. Therefore refunds are only given at the discretion of the management and will be subject to 20% re-stocking charge and are returned in their original condition and with all accessories. Please ensure the product has not been used, is returned undamaged in the original packaging with any accessories and any supplied free gifts.Kepos Systems reserves the right under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 not to accept returns of computer software, where the consumer has unsealed the goods
Damaged Goods: On receipt of your goods from Kepos Systems, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Faulty Goods: If the goods are found to be faulty out of the box, please conatct us on 0845 074 3820 immediately.
