Customer Loyalty

Customer points can be manually adjusted from the back office if necessary.
Customers can be grouped with a point's multiplier factor that can be set against each group. For example VIP customer can receive double the points from your other customers.
With Ideal POS System's built-in customer database, you can reward those customer's who are loyal to your business. Points can be accrued on the total sale amount or on specific item purchased. Once your customer has earned enough points, they can redeem them by paying by points.
