The Quest V-touch™ is the latest development by Quest and represents a dedicated Point of Sale Touch Screen terminal suitable for a wide range of POS applications, but designed for the harsh Quick Service Restaurant environment.

VersaTerm

VersaTerm is a Keypad style Point of Sale terminal and is the most popular device in Franchises in our marketplace.  It is low cost, very reliable and is available in a number of different hardware configurations.  VersaTerm is available with 121 or 77 keys and with dual line or multi line display depending on the applications.

RF Hand Held

The RF Handheld solution is available on either the Symbol Spectrum 24 system or the Palm hand held devices.  The advantage of the symbol is they are extremely rugged, have a very good contrast display and a long battery life.

 

·         Integrates fully with V-touch™ and VersaTerm, including peripheral sharing

·         Good reliable RF range, up to 300 metres outside and up to 75 metres inside

·         Spread spectrum, frequency hopping for high noise immunity

·         Graffiti input or pop up numeric keypad or keyboard

·         Up to 10 hours battery life under normal working conditions

·         High contrast display for use in bright conditions and backlight for low light conditions

·         Rugged design and can be dropped onto concrete from 1.2 metres (4’) without damage

RF Clerk Log On

The RF Clerk option allows users to wear a wristband and be identified by

the system via a non-contact read.  The read transceiver is available on all Quest Terminals.

The RF Clerk option provides an inexpensive method of identifying a clerk

or other user of the system, reliably, quickly and securely.  Simply pass

the wristband over the built-in transceiver and you are logged on to the system. 

If you leave the Quest terminal before the sale is finalized for any reason,

the sale is automatically put on hold after a user-defined period of time. 

At that time, any other user can use the system and when the original

clerk returns, their held sale is automatically recalled.

 

No fiddling about in the pocket for keys or cards and inserting them or swiping them,

simply pass the wrist over the transceiver and you are ready to use the system,

it’s simple really…………

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reporting

Comprehensive reporting, developed over six years in close

conjunction with leading Franchise groups, plus the ability to

build your own reports, provides meaningful information at the

click of a mouse, in a range of industry standard Microsoft formats like “Excel” 

 

For example;

 

Select the report format choose “Store Type”, “Supervisor”, “Date”,

and send the report to Screen, File, MS Excel, MS Word,

MS Snapshot or just e-mail to your recipient of choice.

 

Alternatively you can automate the whole process quickly

and easily with the built in Batch Reporter, saving hours of

work and no missed reports. It’s simple really………..
