Automatic communications to Point of Sale
Samstock automatically collects detailed sales information from your Samsung EPOS system, and Easy2Touch TS-600, either directly via cable or over a standard telephone line.
Reports can be called up on the computer screen, printed or exported to other software packages. You can also configure Samstock to print a pre-defined selection of daily and weekly reports by the click of a button.

Samstock Software communicates with most Sam4s cash registers.

Look back in time
Samstock maintains a detailed sales history of all your products, staff, cash and hourly transactions. This allows you to easily compare how different days, weeks, months and even years figures compare to each other. Use the historical figures to check back to see how promotions and offers have affected product sales, how staff are performing or when the busiest periods are. Graphs can also be used to visually represent information shown in the report.

Track your order, deliveries and purchase invoices
Raise orders for your products from the list of suppliers and then print or fax the order diectly from Samstock. On receipt of the order, check in the goods against the delivery note and enter any shortages or substitute products. To ensure you're paying the correct price for your goods, check the suppliers invoice against your last purchase price.

Price and Product maintenance
Samstock allows you to call up your products and see instantly what it costs, current selling price and the margin you are making. Any changes you make can be sent automatically down to your EPOS system. You can even convert your prices in to the Euro. Your cash register can also sell in Euros and other foreign currencies.
